Avenica is currently recruiting for a Client Services Coordinator position. This is a great entry level position with ample opportunities for professional growth and development. The Coordinator is expected to support Managers and Regional Managers. Key responsibilities will include: preparation of proposals, research and qualification of leads, recording results of customer contact, maintaining relationships with existing and potential clientele, and managing a wide variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

•       Serve as communications liaison to clients and internal teams

•       Support project coordination and daily workflows

•       Maintain confidential records and office files

•       Process and report data

•       Follow standard procedures and policies

•       Provide top-notch customer service

•       Resolve problems and make decisions independently

•       Manage case deadlines independently

Qualifications/characteristics of a successful candidate:

•       Bachelor's degree required. All majors encouraged to apply especially - Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business, Math, Science, Communications, Psychology, etc.

•       0-3 years of professional experience. This is an entry-level position.

•       Strong math, analytical, and Excel skills

•       Detail oriented and focused

•       Prior customer service experience in retail, restaurant, or other business situations

•       Reliable and dependable work ethic

•       Solid investigative and creative problem solving skills

•       Self-starter and career oriented
