Job Summary: Providing high-level customer service and support for our client by serving as a contact and knowledge resource. This is an excellent entry-level position for someone with an analytical background that enjoys a fast-paced environment and working one on one with a variety of co-workers and clients.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform business coordination responsibilities that include being the client’s main contact, and handling escalations

• Work with other departments to facilitate the support process and work toward issue resolution and new product delivery

• Develop and maintain client relationships

• Perform problem determination, analysis and resolution for clients’ functional, financial, and accounting issues

• Maintain professionalism in all verbal and written communications

• Position is designed to be a stepping stone to a career in account management

• Terrific training ground for someone who likes to deal with people!


Additional Responsibilities May Include:

• Organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks/assignments/projects

• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals

• Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill

• Maintenance of routine jobs – administrative tasks


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required - All majors encouraged to apply - Business, Economics, History, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Business, Anthropology, Liberal Arts, Biology, English, Criminal Justice, Political Science, etc.
  • Good computer skills are a must
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills with the persistence to resolve problems completely
  • Ability to multi-task and pay strong attention to details
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast paced, constantly evolving team environment
  • Great process management and organization
  • Excellent follow-through
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
