We need a strong communicator with great customer service/support skills and attention to detail. The Investigator is required to research information and manage the customers' expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction, and must maintain frequent voice and email contact with customers and business partners. Our goal is to research and provide answers to our most valued partnerships – client satisfaction is key! Responsibilities include:

  • Perform root-cause analysis, develop logical conclusions, and suggest appropriate workarounds
  • Create and maintain case documentation in database for open customer incidents, including a complete description of the problem, what actions have been taken, customer impact and next steps
  • Resolve customer issues in an effective and expedient manner
  • Answer phone calls and e-mails from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage escalation of incidents within customer/client support and to other departments

Job Skills include:

  • Strong ability to effectively apply analytical techniques to solve problems
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate complex information to end users
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills in managing timelines of customer issue resolution
  • Sound judgment in setting expectations and managing sensitive situations
  • Strong ability to acquire and apply new technical and industry knowledge quickly

Experience / Requirements:

  • College degree in either a business or liberal arts program – All degree paths are encouraged to apply
  • No direct experience is required – Prior customer service experience in retail, restaurant, or other business situations is a plus!
  • Solid investigative and creative problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – must be motivated by working with people and servicing their needs
  • Reliable and dependable work ethic
  • Self-starter and career-oriented
