Position: inside Sales Manager - Entry Level

Location: Chicago, IL

Avenica is currently recruiting for an entry-level Inside Sales Manager position for a global product manufacturing firm. This is a great entry level position with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

•       Confidently present company services and applications to customers generating new sales revenue

•       Lead generation, setting appointments, making presentations, closing new business

•       Maintain appropriate client contacts and develop strong client relationships

•       Network to access new business opportunities

•       Meet and exceed sales goals

•       Attend company offered sales seminars for ongoing training

•       Accurately track individual progress and activity into sales database.

•       Follow all company policies and procedures for proposals, presentations and professionalism

Qualifications and Experience:

•       Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness

•       A history of high achievement and leadership activities

•       A competitive spirit with demonstrated self-motivation and exceptional work ethic

•       Ability to self-direct with little direct supervision

•       Excellent organization and time management skills

•       Experience and ability to contact prospective customers on the phone

•       Familiarity working with Excel, Word, ACT and Power Point

•       Experience in sales is a plus!
